Electrical Installation Condemned Following Rodent Damage
Extensive rodent damage was discovered throughout concealed parts of the electrical installation, with cable insulation chewed through and conductors exposed in several locations. The extent of the damage meant the installation could not remain in service and required full remedial work and replacement of the affected wiring.
