Contact enquiries and attachments
Our contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact methods and times, and a description of the work or issue. You may also send photos and short videos. We use this information to respond to your request, assess the work and arrange our services. Please only upload material you have permission to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Enquiries and attachments are held privately in Supabase. Authorised owners and administrators can access them; they are not published on the website. We use Resend to send an internal notification containing your enquiry details and a secure admin link, without attaching your uploaded files. We keep enquiry records while needed to respond, deliver services and meet record-keeping obligations. Contact us using the details above to request access, correction or deletion. Short-lived hashed security records help prevent automated abuse.
Customer reviews
Our review form collects your chosen display name, star rating, service, town or area, and review. It does not ask for your email, phone number or home address. Valid reviews are published after spam and security checks, and may later be moderated. Contact us using the details above to request removal. We use short-lived, hashed security records to limit automated submissions.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, service information, messages, general location, appointment details and files or photos you choose to send by email, phone or WhatsApp.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, plan work, prepare quotes, communicate with customers, deliver services and meet legal or compliance obligations.
Media and project information
Customer media and project information are treated as private unless suitable details have been approved for public display.
Analytics
The website uses privacy-safe, first-party aggregate analytics on public pages to understand redacted page views, device categories, contact actions, proof-point clicks and durable website review submissions. Analytics does not use advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, complete URLs, referrers, form field content or customer data. We count review-request visits, form starts, successful submissions and the first follow-up choice, using fixed source categories such as ServiceM8, Direct / QR or Other. We do not store campaign query strings or referrer URLs. A random first-party marker named b2e_visitor_id stays in localStorage for up to 12 months; it contains no customer information and is never sent to analytics. It classifies browser-tab sessions as New or Returning, not individual people. A temporary sessionStorage entry named b2e_visitor_session prevents recounting the same session for 30 minutes of inactivity. Clearing storage or changing device can make a returning person appear New. Disabling analytics removes both entries. A first-party localStorage preference named b2e_analytics_preference can disable this measurement on the device where it is set.
